There will be an intensive lecture from Prof. Furukawa on statistical theory and Robotics.

Invited Lecturer:Prof. Tomonari Furukawa of Virginia Tech

Schedule and Venues:
Tuesday, 28th June: RM222 for the 2nd period, and RM233 for the 3rd period
Wednesday, 29th June: RM233 for the 3rd through 5th period
Thursday, 30th June: RM231 for the 2nd period, and RM211 for the 3rd and 4th Period

The lecture content:
1.Theory of probability, 2. Recursive Bayesian estimation, 3. Multisensor data fusion, 4. Probabilistic motion model, 5. Probabilistic sensor model, 6. Kalman filter, 7. Particle filter, 8. SLAM, and 9. Quantification of belief

Language: English

Remarks:
